However, our pricing structure below provides a guide to our standard costs. It should be noted that set-up time before and during the shoot as well as often significant post shoot image selection and editing, will always have a bearing on the chargeable time for the project and this will be explained at the outset. Our process
Planning & preparation
The journey of a successful photoshoot begins with careful planning. Initial discussions with the client allow us to share our photographer's vision and explore the ideal settings. By arranging perfect lighting and perhaps even choosing the best time of day, we ensure optimal results. Selecting the right background and props further enhances the shoot's efficiency and effectiveness.
Day of the shoot
Location photoshoots often require more time than clients anticipate. Each product needs to be photographed from various angles, necessitating adjustments to lighting, positioning, and props. Therefore, it's crucial to stick to the planning process and ensure the agreed availability of client resources and their input. Proper organisation ensures a smoother and more efficient shoot.

Studio shoots involve the client sending or delivering the products to our photographer and can be done with a more flexible approach to timings.
Editing and delivering
The process of editing and delivering final output forms a substantial part of the work involved in a project. We therefore quote on the basis that this will be 50% of the total work on the assignment. Editing involves going through multiple photo versions, selecting the ones that best represent the brief and making the necessary adjustments to deliver the required results. This process also involves collaboration with the client, usually some further editing and delivery of the final content in an agreed format.
